Vegetarian Save the World and Body

BEING a vegetarian is the easiest solution, inexpensive, and civilized to save the earth from environmental destruction, global warming, as well as for the health and body. The hardest thing to get rid of vegetarian is the suggestion that eating meat is necessary.

Vegetarian Reduce Risk of Psoriasis

Nutritionist Dr. Ekky M Rahardja, MS, SpGK said that by being a vegetarian can reduce levels of disease psoriasis.

According to him, psoriasis is an inflammatory process that causes abnormalities in the immune system (autoimmunity), which then affect the skin disorder characterized by skin replacement process too quickly.
