Variety Of Vegetarian

Variety of vegetarian can be divided into several groups based on the level of strength to leave the consumption of animal products.
There are the groups most closely not only leave the animal products, they only eat plant parts harvested without damaging the main plant. They refused to eat potatoes or spinach as a way to pull the whole plant harvest. Even they did not want to use materials of animal origin in any form in their daily lives.

There is also the group most loose, they still consume certain types of meat and left the red meat (meat from mammals) or meat by religion / belief should be avoided and should not be consumed. So we do not be surprised when there is a certain dish is not eaten meat they prefer vegetable food from the elements but at another moment consume more meat.

Vegetarian grouping is commonly known in the community there are three, namely:
1. Pesco / pollo vegetarian (semi-vegetarian) is a group that still consume certain meat products such as chicken and fish but left the red meat group.
2. Lacto-ovo vegetarian is a group who still consume eggs and dairy products and avoid any kind of meat including fish. The mention of the group who consumed milk but do not consume eggs are called lacto-vegetarians, while eating eggs but do not consume milk are called ovo-vegetarians.
3. Vegans are Vegetarians who consume only pure grains, nuts, vegetables and fruits. This group did not consume animal products or derivatives, including gelatin, cheese, yogurt. They also avoid honey, royal jelly and-insect derived products. Even some adherents vegans avoid using animal products such as animal skins or cosmetics that contain animal products.
